Transport

Tweed Valley locationPeeblesshire is well known for it's cycling - but to appreciate the whole area you really need a car. The region offers a number of private hire, taxi services and guided tour solutions - have a look at our member's offerings below.

Bus services in the area are provided by First Group.

If you are arriving by car the main roads into the Tweed Valley are the A7 and A701 from the South and the A701 from the North.

If you are arriving by air you will probably arrive via Newcastle or Edinburgh Airport.  For bus services please look at Travelline Scotland.

We do not have a railway and therefore the closest stations are Edinburgh Waverly Station, Carlisle Railway Station or Berwick-upon-Tweed Railway Station.  Please look at Travelline Scotland for dedicated bus connections.
