It is ideally located to enjoy the 7Stanes Mountain Bike Centres at Innerleithen and Glentress, for trout and salmon fishing on the River Tweed, for golfing enthusiasts and walkers or wildlife lovers. With the lovely town of Peebles just up the road and Edinburgh just 26 miles away, you are equally well placed for a spot of culture or some fantastic shopping!

The property is newly refurbished to a very high standard and manages to maintain many original features, whilst providing all mod cons (iPod docking station, flat screen TV, DVD). It comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests. The house is stylish, Mountain Bike Friendly and well equipped. The property has its own private lockable storage for bikes and outdoor equipment.

Just 100 yards from a choice of pubs and shops and only 500 yards from the 7Stanes Bike Tracks and the River Tweed, the house offers a great base for exploring the Scottish Borders, but with what Morningside has to offer on hand, you may just want to stay at home and relax!
