The property is ideally located to enjoy the outstanding 7Stanes mountain bike centres at Innerleithen and Glentress, for trout or salmon fishing on the River Tweed, for golfing enthusiasts and walkers, or wildlife lovers. With the lovely town of Peebles just up the road plus Edinburgh only 26 miles away, you are equally well placed for a spot of culture or some fantastic shopping!

Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the property marries characterful original features with all mod cons (free Wi-Fi, docking station, flat screen TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine). It comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests. The house is stylish, mountain bike-friendly and well equipped. The property has its own private lockable storage for bikes and outdoor equipment.

Just 100 yards from a choice of pubs, restaurants and shops, and only 500 yards from the 7Stanes bike tracks and the River Tweed, the house offers a great base for exploring the Scottish Borders.
