Salmon Viewing Centre
Come and see live underwater footage of salmon and other creatures in the Ettrick Water. The award winning visitor centre provides a unique glimpse into the fascinating lifecycle of the salmon and their annual migration from the sea to spawn in the burns of the Borders hills. Recorded highlights of the best pictures both underwater and of the Ospreys's nest can also be viewed.
Enjoy a walk to the cauld (weir) and if river conditions are favourable watch the salmon leaping. On return, sample the hospitality and home cooking of local produce in the Waterwheel.
