The Horseshoe Inn, Eddleston

4 AA Yellow Stars
Adjacent to the inn is the Horseshoe Lodge, formerly a Victorian primary school. This was converted into eight bedrooms in 1998 and was refurbished by Vivienne in 2006. Vivienne has tastefully and individually decorated the rooms, which boast en-suite facilities and either double or twin beds. The luxury linen, Molton Brown toiletries and hot water bottle added as part of the turn down service make these rooms the perfect place to relax and reflect on the meal you've just enjoyed while giving the perfect excuse to splash out on that special bottle of wine from the exensive list.
The accommodation has been given four AA Yellow (Highly Commended) Stars - an award given to the top ten per cent within the starring category - and four Scottish Tourist Board Stars; one visit will reveal why.
